Do you use AI?
Yes, for some of it, and we say so. We start from your real photos and footage. AI helps with light, backgrounds and motion, and it never changes what your product looks like. Anything made with AI is labelled where the platforms ask for it.
Are phone photos good enough?
Usually. If we need more, we’ll suggest a shoot and quote it before anything is booked.
Do I see everything before it goes out?
Yes. Every post, video and page comes to your phone first. Ask for a change and we make it.
Which platforms do you post to?
Instagram and Facebook on every plan. Growth adds TikTok or your Google profile, and Pro covers all four.
How do we get started?
Send us an email about your business. We reply with a plan for your first month, you say yes or ask for changes, and we get to work. Everything happens by email, with no meetings needed.
What currency are your prices in?
Canadian dollars, before HST. We work with businesses anywhere; if you're outside Canada, we'll quote in your currency.
Is there a contract?
Social and Google plans are month to month: cancel with 30 days’ notice. A website build with a monthly plan is month to month too. The no-money-down website plan has a 24-month term, because it covers the cost of the build.
How do websites work with no money down?
Instead of paying for the build up front, you pay a set amount each month over the term, depending on the size of the site. Hosting and edits are included, and your domain stays in your name.
